Trust me.. I know you how you feel..
My current " day job" is a desk (cubicle) job...
I know how tempting it can be to order out and have hot food delivered to your desk, so you don't even have to travel to get your food...
Can you imagine what you would like after 30 days of eating Chinese food EVERYDAY for lunch? Can you imagine how FAT you'll get when you do that? (unless you have a really amazing Personal Trainer( Like Me) who can safely guide you through A fat torching interval training session...)
So how do you keep your body in a fat burning state while your sitting on your ass all day?
Have you considered...
PACKING A F@#$$%% LUNCH?
To be fair, it's much more than "packing a lunch"...
It's WHAT you pack for lunch...
So...
Are you wondering to yourself:
"What can I pack for lunch so that i my body can burn fat while I'm sitting on my ass, troubleshooting problems, etc?"
Well, one word comes to mind:
Protein.
When you bring lean protein to work with you to eat on your lunch break...
Then you won't have to worry about where to order Chinese noodles...
And more importantly..
You won't have to worry about getting fatter and fatter as the days/months/years(?)
go by...
Instead, you can sit there and feel absolutely confident that you are doing everything you can to help your body stay lean and strong...
Think about it like this:
You going to get hungry again in a few hours, right?
So...
Why not eat something that loaded with nutrients, so that you can function at optimal efficiency, right?
By Now, you must be wondering:
"What kinds of protein can i bring to work so that I don't end up looking like Jabba the hut?"
Well...
You can bring Yogurt.
You can bring a chicken breast.
You can bring A turkey Sandwhich.
You can bring a tuna fish sandwhich, with Swiss cheese, which is loaded with Calcium.
You can bring....
The point I'm making is this:
When you are prepared ahead of time, then you can be sure that you'll leave work energized and still as slim as when you walked through the doors.
You have to become aware of the situations/circumstances that you will be in beforehand... and plan accordingly.
A good soldier knows the terrain he'll be investigating... and he brings all the necessary tools and weapons with him to help him make it through alive...
Have fun:)
